Positive OPK 1.5 hr after trigger?!

Question

Ok so I’ve heard of testing out the trigger but has anyone ever tested on long until it shows on an OPK or preg test?! I triggered shortly after 6pm and took another OPK for shits and giggles at 7:50pm…and it was blazing positive?! Is this my natural surge or the trigger?! Also this was a subQ shot..

That is from the trigger shot. You can not use opks if you do a trigger. The high amount of hCG will cause opk to be positive.

It's the trigger. I wouldn't use OPKs at all in a trigger cycle. OPKs can also detect a period as well so using it to see if pregnancy established is just a bad idea. 
When I test my triggers out, I usually start 5-6 days post trigger, then daily thereafter. If I start sooner I do every other day, then daily once it gets super faint. I'm also a POAS addict so.... 👀🙈. Good luck!!
