What do I give her ?

My baby turns a year old Friday. She’s on solids & formula rn (enfamil proosabee ) but I want to switch her to an actual milk that isn’t powder base. What milk would be the same ? Soy milk? My baby did horrible with any other formulas (super constipated ) so I’m not sure if it’ll be the same case if I were to give her whole milk ?

I gave my kids Ripple milk. Not the “kids” version tho bc it contains added sugar. I read up that it’s one of the closest (nutritionally) to whole milk. Tbh after one, kids don’t need milk if they get enough through their diet like from yogurt and cheese.

I gave mine almond milk they liked that more than regular whole milk and my oldest she was  lactose intolerant for the first year of her life so almond helped the best with her lactose problem

Soy is typically what’s recommended after cows milk 
Someone mentioned ripple, that’s from pea protein which can also be a good choice 
I’d avoid others - almond, rice, oat for now (especially if a lot of nutrition is still coming from milk as your babe learns to eat more)
