Would they tell me I was pregnant?

I went to the ER recently because I had a uti. They took a urine sample, it tested positive for a uti. My paperwork also said they tested pregnancy tested it, but it didn't say results. None of the doctors or nurses said anything about me being pregnant, wouldn't most doctors make a comment if you were? I'm just a little worried, but I assume if they didn't say anything that would mean I'm not?

Yes they would tell you and refer you for a follow up with your pcp or an OB
