Nervous HELP!

I'm a week late for my period, I'm normally regular when it comes to periods but sometimes I'm irregular. I didn't have sex between my last period and the day I was suppose to start. Although I did have sex, with a condom (it was fine nothing broke or anything) but I was already 4 days late.
