When does the nausea stop?

They proscribed me promethazine but it rather hurts my stomach like aches and cramps or makes me SUPER cranky and extremely tired. 
When did the nausea stop for you? And is there a natural home remedy I could do to make it stop instead? Something healthier?

My nausea stopped after 12 wks it was horrendous for me I couldn't talk which was an issue as I answer calls at work.
I found crisps/crackers and camomile tea helped me I didn't take my nausea tablets they made me too drowsy.
I've just had twins

I have HG so I have it until birth. Reglan wasn’t doing much so now I’m on the same med you are this time and it’s helping a little. But I’m still sick every day, all day, until birth
