I am only 4 weeks and I broke out like crazy 😭 Anyone else? Anything we can do to help?

The same thing happened to me with both my pregnancies in the beginning, it’s most likely just the hormones running through your body, but in my case, it cleared up after a little bit so maybe just give it some time. Maybe just be good about washing your face in the morning and before bed as well.￼

There’s not much you can use while pregnant, but when I was breaking out during pregnancy my Mario badescu glycolic cleanser and de la Cruz sulfur ointment. Both are pregnancy safe. Don’t use anything with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid they are linked to birth defects
