Progesterone supplements
I’m going to be picking up progesterone supplements today at 4pm. I haven’t been told how to take it til the pharmacist called me and told me it’s a vaginal supplement that I have to take 2 times a day. I read some women takes one at bed time. If I take it 2 times a day, how will that work for me in the morning? I haven’t read the instructions nor did I receive the instructions on what to do.
