I had a miscarriage at 14 wks beginning of October. It was because I had undiagnosed hypothyroidism. Normal TSH should be around 1-2 for pregnancy mine was 85. They started me on medicine immediately and I need to be on it for life. My doctors said when my numbers come down to normal I could try again but it will probably take months since I was so off. I got my labs this week and my TSH is 1.1 which is perfect for trying to conceive, it’s honestly a miracle it regulated so fast. Technically we can start trying again, should I wait until my levels are safe for at least two months or should we start now? I’m going to make an appointment at the birthing center and get the nurse practitioners opinion. I’m 39 so I really don’t want to wait.
