Ttc and periods

I'm so confused I'm on month 4 of ttc and my periods have been pretty normal. Off a day or 2 on each one and I'm around 9-11 dpo depending on my app. Last cycle was 28days the one before that was 32days and this one is 25days. What's going on? My ovulation has been around the 1st of every month but I just done get why this cycle is so short. I got spotting yesterday just when I wipe and full blown period today.
