When to track my ovulate.

I want to track my period using ovulate test. When is right time yo start testing.

Answer

Since you’re new to it, I always suggest to begin testing the day after your period ends. It could take up to a week or two for you to see a positive but until you have a better handle on your cycle, it’s easier that way. Once the test line is as dark as or darker than the control line, then you should ovulate within 12-36 hours from that positive. A PEAK ovulation test is when the test line is darker than the control line. That is your highest fertility day and the best chances of conception.
