Anyone here on Escitalopram?

Yesterday I took my first dose and it literally shut my brain off, I felt empty, zero emotion, zoned out then extreme insomnia to the point I didn’t sleep at all last night and now I have the worst migraine and I feel like garbage. I don’t think I want to continue on this. I don’t think I can continue with these side effects 😵‍💫
