I keep having on and off irritated feeling down there. The past few weeks, I felt irritation and it seemed like it was “thick” for 2, sometimes 3 days out of the week. Then I had my period last Wednesday, the feeling went away, and now I’m not bleeding it’s back again. I was on antibiotics about 3 weeks ago for a UTI, and my STD tests for chlamydia, gonorrhea and trich came back negative. Could it be yeast infection? My doctor suggested to try the 3 day treatment since she said I’m infection-free, but I’m a bit iffy since I’m not sure if it’ll make things worse. It’s just really annoying and I’m a bit of a hypochondriac so I keep thinking that maybe I should have my tests repeated 🫠 would appreciate your thoughts on this.
