First time mom help!

Okay so i just found out i was pregnant 2 days ago i couldnt get in to a doctors office and tonight i leave for vacation for a week. Im a first time mom.  is there anything i should be doing until i can get back and get an appointment. According to glow im 5 weeks 5 days pregnant. Help me out ladies!
