Sore breasts and less movement

Just writing these both up together...... So since I was like 8/9 weeks I haven't had sore breasts anymore. Unit this last few days. I'm now 29w 5d and my breasts are KILLING me. Is this normal at this point in pregnancy. Also, is it normal that babies movement isn't as frequent or as much as it was. She has went from really active to now I only feel her move from time to time which can be quite worrying.
