Hey guys so I’m extremely confused as to what is going on. Yesterday I was still in a lot of pain that I had feeling for a few days so I decided to leave work early. Well about an hour after I got home. I was going to go to the gas station and as soon as I stood up I had a big gush of clear liquid come out of me that I couldn’t stop. Well I went to labor and delivery at the hospital I’ll be delivering at. and as soon as they seen how soaked my pants and panties were they started rushing around to test it and it tested positive for amniotic fluid. They said I definitely had a rupture of my water and I was about to 2cm dilated and having inconsistent contractions. So they were transferring me to a different hospital with a nicu that was better equipped to handle my situation incase they couldn’t stall labor. (I’m 25 weeks 3 days ) Well about an hour after I got to the other hospital they discharged me because they said I wasn’t dilated, my water didn’t rupture and that I wasnt having contractions. Every question I asked them was “I don’t know you’ll have to speak to your mid wife”. Like WHAT!?!? And now I’ve been on hold with my midwife’s office since 8:15 and it’s currently 8:51 and have yet to speak to anyone and I’m getting annoyed.
