Soooo I was going to try the SMEP plan this cycle, in which you start having sex every other day starting CD8... BUT I have just a little bit of brown spotting still going on from AF :/ I'd rather wait till that stops to start BDing, there shouldn't be any harm in starting on like CD10 right???

Ehh depends. As long as you don't ovulate early but we never know when that will happen😒 If it was actual bleeding it would be different. I would say yes, definitely can wait. Gotta love AF right? Ugh. Just take OPKs to make sure your not getting close to ovulation. I would say track CM but blood masks CM so you won't really know lol. Damn AF!

Hmm I'm kind of an all over the place ovulator, but last cycle it was CD17... I just feel weird BDing while spotting. Like if I'm spotting then maybe things wouldn't "stick"??? Just stop spotting already uterus!!!! Lol

I had a similar situation this month and spotted for almost 2 weeks so we started on cd10 i wqnted to do the smep this month too. I didn't ovulate until cd14 so we bd 3 times before ovulation and then the day after ovulation so cd10 cd11 cd13 and cd15 in my fertile window.

That depends on when you ovulate.

I have short cycles and sometimes ovulate day 10 so for me starting day 8 would be tight.
