Hi!

I’ve had heaps of symptoms from start of pregnancy and had a scare two days ago, I had a little bleed for which got a ultrasound and got the surprise of our lives that we’re pregnant with identical twins.

From yesterday morning when I woke up I have zero symptoms, I’ve lost every symptom, I don’t feel like pregnant, and had really bad cramps front and back but no bleeding, and I can’t brush of the feeling that I’ve lost my babies.

I know symptoms come and go but we’ve been struggling to conceive for 5 years, we’ve had 3 losses (2 ectopics) and no children.

All I do is cry, I had my husband say if we’ve lost them then he’s done with trying cause he can’t take the pain anymore and I feel the same, it just hurts too much.

I have dr appointment this morning and will ask for repeat hcg just to ease my mind but I don’t have hopes to be honest.
