How do i professionally say “ our owner doesn’t want to pay for the plumbing repair because it was clogged with hair and make up junk not something with the actual plumbing of the house” Also without sounding rude. Lol they are great tenants but the owner is giving me a hard time bc this is the 3rd time this year we have to send a plumber to the house for hair. It also costed $175 to have the plumber unclog the tub and sink lol TYIA
