Can anyone help..

So three days ago I have unprotected sex whilst on my period and my period finished on the 25th but still bled a little and yesterday I also bled a slightly and I went to the toilet not long ago and after I went, there was quite a bit of blood but I've not bled at all today, Can anyone give me any Adivce as I am really confused
