Hey ladies feeling a bit worried 1st pregnancy, slight brown spotting today and yesterday (wayyyyy fainter yesterday) about size of a 5p not much just on tissue

Ive had slight cramping but just here n there nothing painful just like it was in the first weeks (slight tugging etc)

Should I just wait n see what happens or ring 111(midwife does not pick up calls always goes to voicemail)

I know it can be normal as I had implantation spotting when I 1st found out (5 days before period was due) but just sooo nervous.
