Ok, so I'm actually on my fertile window and I just did a pregnancy test for fun.....and this happened, please tell me I'm not imagining this.....

Holy wow! You're supposed to be in your fertile window but you got this instead??!! That's so totally positive, CONGRATS!!!!! It's so strange that you would get a bfp at this point in your cycle tho (super exciting!), which makes me think that perhaps you  conceived last cycle! If you don't mind my asking, what was your last period like? A lot of women will have what's called "decidual bleeding" and mistake it for their period, not knowing that they're actually pregnant. This happened to me with my youngest... I had what I thought was a normal period. Then the next cycle, I got a bfp, but it was like 10 days before my next expected AF. I thought I had just gotten an early positive, but at my first scan, turns out I was a lot further along than I thought I was, and they moved my due date up by 2 weeks (and even then, he still came "early")! This is so exciting to me! So happy for you!!!
