Blighted Ovum

Had my second blighted ovum confirmed this morning at around 6 weeks. This time it was twins. My first one was 2 years ago. I have no children. Has anyone ever had more than one? We're they able to conceive afterwards? I'm very nervous and starting to feel like a failure. Although my husband is very supportive. I just started the cytotec today instead of having a d&c. Trying to stay positive.
