I’m freaking out. I found out Friday I’m pregnant Monday I had an ultrasound bc I had no idea how far along I was. I’m not super far maybe 5-6 weeks. I have been spotting the whole time I have been pregnant but with a healthy ultrasound sound they said no need to worry. I had a bowl movement and then I had bright red blood when wiping. Is this a cause for concern? I had a miscarriage in April and i never spotted just bright red blood. Now I’m spotting with bright red blood today. What do I do? Am I miscarrying again?
