5w6d empty gestational sac

Jessica • Wed, Nov 23 • Mommy to a beautiful 6 year old 👧🏻 and to a beautiful angel 👼🏼 back in May 2019 and to a beautiful rainbow angel baby 8/22 🌈👼🏼 and currently pregnant with my double 🌈🌈👶🏻 due 7/23

I went today for my first ultrasound at 5 weeks 6 days and they only saw a gestational sac no yolk sac no baby. My HCG level on Monday was at 17,085 anyone had a similar situation and were able to see baby at next ultrasound?? I’m worried I’ve had 2 miscarriage last o e was in 8/22. Any similar stories with positive outcome?
