Is clitorial stimulation okay 4 weeks postpartum? I had a C section and have stopped bleeding.

Purely up to what you’re comfortable with. My bleeding stopped 2 weeks PP with first baby and 3 weeks PP with second baby. We fooled around within days of them being born (so definitely got some external stimulation for myself loool) and we went back to PIV once my bleeding stopped. I was comfortable with this and we both wanted to lol. 
This is just my personal experience, so do what you’re most comfortable with!
