I’m about to be 6 weeks tomorrow and have had brownish discharge and cramps and then tonight I seen this 😔

Possible miscarriage, you should call your OB. I’m no doctor but it does seems like a little too much blood for implantation bleeding. When I was pregnant with my son I did experience light bleeding around 6 weeks and everything ended up being fine. I hope your baby is still thriving ♥️

A miscarriage or subchorionic hemorrhage. Call your ob. They will likely send you for bloodwork.
