Why am I not pregnant yet?

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive baby number 3 since may and we have tried everything my gynecologist has suggested and we still have not gotten a positive test I'm nine days away from my next period and I'm praying hard I miss it but any suggestions as to why I'm not pregnant yet or what else I can try to get pregnant

I am in the same predicament. I am trying for baby number 3. I got my period in July after having my daughter in May and keep on hoping that this is my month. Sending you positive energy and good thoughts.

Idk if this will help but I tend to have a surge and ovulate the same day as my surge, it maybe the case for you, sometimes I will even ovulate later then what the app tells me.

My husband and I are trying for baby # 3 as well. I don’t have the answers on why you’re not pregnant yet but I understand the frustration and confusion. I know for me, it’s probably because I’m still pumping (only 3 times a day) for my almost one year old. I’m not breastfeeding and I’m planning to stop pumping when she turns one next month. Have a whole bunch of breast milk in the freezer for her but I don’t understand how some women are able to get pregnant easily and quickly while breastfeeding because it has never happened to me 😕 I’m staying positive and being patient and hopefully, our turn comes soon 🙏 Sending lots of baby dust your way and hopefully this is your month 🤞🏼✨
