Nicu stay at 34+ weeks?

Has anybody had (specifically a boy) around 34 weeks + and what was the outcome? Im high risk for preterm.

My first born was born at 34 weeks. My waters broke at 33. When he was born he was 4lb 4, he was tiny but perfect, they kept him in an incubator for a couple of days and he had a feeding tube as hadn’t developed his sucking reflex yet. I expressed and kept putting him to breast until he was ready. We stayed in hospital together for 2 weeks and then there was no ongoing care, just a normal baby, although a tiny one 😊 he’s 11 now and has no problems at all x

35 weeks, boy. 
Went into labor at 32, held out to 35. At the hospital I was at, starting at 35 they can stay in your room instead of going to NICU. He was 6 lbs, jaundice and trouble feeding so we were there 3 weeks after. I also had my gallbladder out.

My sister had my nephew at 34 weeks and a few days. He stayed in the NICU for about a week and is now a crazy 3 year old! He was perfectly healthy!

35 weeker girl stayed 7 days. She’s now a healthy 15 month old.
27 weeker boy has been in the nicu for 53 days. He still has 33 days until his due date so we will see.
