I had a miscarriage 4 weeks 3 days ago on October 25th and conceived right away again. I would assume im 4w2d and I went to the ER today for some right sided pain because I’ve had an ectopic before and was concerned. The doctor said I’m measuring 6 weeks 1 day and there is an irregular heart beat. How is this even possible at 4 weeks ? I can’t be wrong on how far along I am because my miscarriage was 4 weeks 3 days ago. I would have had to conceived like 2 days after the miscarriage started and didn’t even have sex till a week after my bleeding stopped. Also after the miscarriage we made sure everything was cleared out and hcg went back down to 0 ..
