I’m in need of some reassurance. 😣
So my 3 year old woke up this morning with a 102 fever and then threw up. We gave her Tylenol within 10 minutes of her vomiting and some water and she’s kept it down all day. No more vomiting at all today.
So we kept the vomit very contained and it didn’t get anywhere else but the bowl. But she was touching stuff, blankets, door knobs and such, as toddlers do lol
She’s gone to bed and I cleaned my entire house top to bottom, threw the blankets in the wash, sprayed everything with microban, pillows, tables, door knobs, light switches, I mopped the floors too.
Now how often do y’all get whatever your kid has? Do you always get it? Do you never get it? Are you as diligent with cleaning?
I’m asking because I have emetophobia BAD and I’m super anxious about all this.
TIA.
