Has anyone experienced really sore boobs to the point where they feel really full and you’ll feel like you need to express them? I’m 21 weeks and they’ve been leaking since 18 weeks but now they’re full and sore! What do I do I need help!!!!

UPDATE: Spoke to my doctor and midwife and they said to express a little bit to unclog the ducts! Baby is kicking like crazy and good in there this morning and my boobs feel sooooo much better 😊 thought I’d update incase anyone was going through the same!
