Okay so me and my partner were talking about future plans for family. She doesn’t want to carry the baby but would want me to use her egg. Would we both be able to be on the birth certificate just with that? I feel like every time I try to Google if 2 moms can be on the birth certificate they have to be legally married. Anyone have any experience with this? Or know this info?
