Hi👋🏼 I have twin girls who are now 6 years old. Me and husband have been trying to get pregnant for the past 5 years but never did maybe because of my PCOS. I felt like we’ve given up and accepted that the twins will be the only kids we’ll have. Last Thursday, I found out I am pregnant again. It was a big surprise! Ive been dieting and exercising and lost 4 kilos maybe that’s why I got pregnant. I’m very happy but I’m also concerned because I was diagnosed with stage 1 hypertension last June 2022. Ive been taking maintenance medicines. I just visited my OB today and she told me that Im considered high risk because of my hypertension. She also prescribed aspirin for me. Has anyone dealt with hypertension while pregnant? I’m scared😔 any tips or advices on the do’s and don’ts while pregnant if one is hypertensive will be appreciated. Thank you!
