Am I able to Sue? If so what do I sue for? Medical malpractice? So I have not seen an OB in 2 months. My OB kicked me out due to two complaints I had made. One complaint made towards the ultrasound tech body shaming me and saying very rude things to me about the way my body looks. The second complaint is me saying I didn’t feel comfortable with my OB wanting me to stop the blood pressure medication my family doctor had prescribed me. {My third pregnancy I ended up with preeclampsia. And this pregnancy with baby #4, my blood pressure stayed in the 160-170s before I was prescribed meds. Now my blood pressure is normal levels and my OB said to stop taking the meds because she “wanted my blood pressure to be high”.} She kicked me out with no warning, will not refer me to anyone else, and I was turned down by another OB because they considered me high risk due to mitral valve regurgitation and hypertension. Without the referral I cannot get into an OB. I’m currently 8 months pregnant. {my OB wouldn’t even let me come in for my sugar test which was a couple days after my complaint}
