Can I have 3 cups of decaf black tea?

I’m pregnant. It just sounds like a lot of tea to me but im sick and it’s the only thing that sounds good

I drink 80oz of tea a day. I make it myself and it has less than 100mg of caffeine in it. My OB says it’s fine. It’s pretty much just brown water.

Yeah, you can have three cups of normal black tea if you wanted. I at least have had plenty of tea in both my pregnancies 😅
