So i went to the ER on saturday night and they did a vaginal ultrasound where they were able to see that there were 2 gestational sacs but they did not see the babies i was 5 weeks ans 6 days they did say that it was too early to see if both the sacs had a baby or just one of them they didn’t see heartbeats either and i know they said its too early but i expected to see something atleast a little dot everything has just been spinning in my head im worried what if i don’t have a baby at all my hcg was a little high acording to the doctor it was 11,295 what do you guys think am i overthinking?
