Lately I have been super depressed and my anxiety has gone up a lot. A couple of days ago my best friend passed away from cancer and ever since then I haven’t been the same. She was an old neighbor of mine and we were kinda close. And I feel as though my dad hates me he seems to get angry at me for no reason now. I think I might be doing something wrong, but I haven’t done anything to hurt him or anyone. I really need comfort and help because I feel as though whatever I do is going to disappoint someone.
