What is this?

I’m just curious about my sonogram. This is from a bedside ultrasound done by my midwife (not a super high tech machine). She only had it on for about 30 seconds so I didn’t get a great look. Any idea what this dark area is? No I’m not assuming it’s twins but I am curious what it is. It was at 10w3d. Thanks!
