When do you consider day 1 of period?
I’m trying for baby no 2. Iv tracked my cycles for 12 months now and I’m very regular.
However my periods are drawn out. I usually spot for around a week before I bleed.
Do you consider day 1 the red bleeding? I have quite heavy brownish bleeding before
I want to make sure the predicted ovulation is as accurate as possible
