What is the best stroller out there ?

Knew we would have a bigger family and need multiple seats (plus scooter board). 9 years and 4 kids later, still loving it!

Depends a lot on what needs you have for a stroller and budget.

Need a little more info to be able to answer that. Asking like that is like going into the library asking for the "best book" without giving any specifications, 
Things to think about: 
Budget
Wheel size (does it need to handle snow, gravel, terrain etcetera) 
Bassinet option (better and safer for baby than to sit in a cat seat)
Planning to have a new baby within the next year's? If yes planning to buy a new stroller or use the same as a double.
