What are some pain med options for labor besides an epidural?

Non narcotics** I just want to know all of my options!

Gas and air I believe is the only non narcotic

Most likely only gas and air or a birthing tub/shower. The hospital I delivered my daugher only offered gas and air, an epidural, and a shower to labor in. Where I had my son they only offered an epidural or a shower. I did end up with a c-section and for that I had a spinal. But they didn't have other options for pain relief. Your best bet is asking the hospital where you plan to deliver and see what they offer for pain relief
