Hey, I got off the Depo shot around 9 months ago and just got my period back a few days ago. It’s been rough. It’s the worst cramping and worst bleeding I’ve ever had. Does anyone know if that’s normal? I’m guessing it’s just nearly 4 years worth of everything because I haven’t had a period since starting depo.

My husband and I would like to try for our rainbow baby but I’m still scared after our son was born sleeping in 2019. The doctor said it was due to a severe infection and that it won’t happen again.

Im now in the mental space that I’m not really TTC but that if it happens it was in the plan. If it doesn’t happen, I won’t be upset.
