I am 7 weeks pregnant as confirmed by doc a week ago. I am wondering if this is normal or an early miscarriage happening? I have had back and period like cramps,

increased bowel movements.

No it's not normal. I would have that checked.

I would get it checked out. 
I was bleeding till 13 weeks, but each time I did i got it checked out. Baby was fine, they put it down to a sensitive cervix.
