My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex with him finishing in me three days before my fertile window began. I took a test on Friday and it was completely negative. However, I am now a day late for my period when it's normally very punctual and on time. I'm very nervous I am pregnant and I'm most definitely not ready to have another baby yet. Any thoughts?

Take a test now, wait another week and take another test just in case your cycle is late. Anything can affect your cycle, the more you, stress, lack of sleep, anxiety, depression, exercise, you name it. It affects her cycle. But if you’re not ready to have any children, then use such as condoms or getting on a form of birth control. Be preventative.
