I’m 37+4, and this is my second pregnancy, but I didn’t go into labour with my first child as she was breech and delivered by c section at 39 weeks so this is all a bit new to me.

Last night I woke up at 3am, with stomach cramps and BH. I’ve been having BH for a few weeks now, but they’re definitely getting more regular. Anyway, I went to the loo and had the worst upset stomach absolutely out of nowhere. I had no other symptoms of illness, and it’s not happened since, but today I feel so exhausted and achey, and the baby feels even lower than it did before.

Is this just a random event that isn’t related to labour, or is an upset stomach a sign that labour is near?
