Endoscopy results

Hello ladies 😊. As the title says, I recently had a upper endoscopy done and got my results. I'll attach photo of them, but my question is does everything look good to go? I have a follow up appointment in a few weeks to go over the results with my doctor, but in the meantime I figured I ask on here to see if maybe one or all of you ladies could calm my nerves in the meantime. Also I dont want to mention my results to my husband or family and friends because I dont want them to worry. TIA 💜🧡.
