At 10am today I went in for a membrane sweep. I am 80% effaced and at 4cm. The baby is dropping but is a little bit high still. I’ve been cramping bad and sometimes it doesn’t hurt as much. Haven’t lost my mucus plug yet. Would walking or jumping lightly on a trampoline work lol I might be getting induced on the 12th if they have an opening if not then I’ll just wait it out and see when the baby wants to come out lol

Update: I just walked 2 miles and I’m feeling some heavy cramping so we will see 🤞🏼and they moved my induction date to the 14th
