I am almost 5 weeks PPT. The last 4 weeks I have been living in my room only. I go outside the room to the kitchen to make myself food. I don’t take my LO outside the room to the living room cause she seems to sneeze a lot once I get her out of the room. I don’t get outside of the house as well cause I am always afraid she gets sick 😿. I don’t bath her only twice a week for the same reason. My husband tell me to go eat in a restaurant but I am afraid that she will get sick. Although the weather is usually around 20 c. My mom advise me to take it easy with the baby. But I am so careful and I feel overwhelmed because it could cause me an anxiety
