Does this sound like a miscarriage ?
I’m 6w3d and had an early scan and couldn’t see the fetal pole. I’ve been have horrible cramps and pain in my uterus. Sometimes it feels like contraction like cramps but no bleeding. I feel like between all the aches and pains and no fetal pole this is going to end in a miscarriage.
