Eczema, dry skin, baby acne ?!

Question

My second born is 2 weeks and is starting to develop baby acne and his skin is super dry and patchy. Doesn’t seem to bother him but I never experienced this with my first so this is new to me. I know dry skin is normal in newborns but does this look like it could be eczema? Anything else I could put on it beside breastmilk? Seeing the pediatrician tomorrow but just wanted to ask if anyone has a little one that looked similar.

Looks like the start of cradle cap. It’s usually in the eyebrows, forehead and scalp. Generally hormones cause it, you can just oil babies skin then wipe off with a dry soft cloth.

Looks like baby acne to me. My daughter has eczema and this doesn't look like it. It goes away by itself in time and is very common as their skin adjusts to being outside the womb. Take a clean, warm cloth and wipe his babes face every day it helps
